Working Principle and Washing Operation

• Aytok Hydrocyclones: Designed with a simple structure for filtration of well water or water containing sand, gravel, and heavier particles than water.
  
• Primarily utilized as the first filter element in agricultural irrigation filter systems.
  
• Function to achieve maximum efficiency while causing minimal pressure loss within irrigation setups.
  
• Solid particles heavier than water are separated by the hydrocyclone, falling down from its narrowing conical part into a waste chamber (sand tank).
• Clean water, devoid of solid particles, is then transmitted to the system through the outlet pipe.
  
• Accumulated particles are discharged from the lower tank (sand tank) using the discharge valve.
• During installation, attention must be given to the Inlet and Outlet directions for proper connection to the line.
