Aytok PE-PD filters are manually cleaned filters. Almost all of the filter components are made of plastic raw materials. Non-plastic parts are made of stainless steel (AISI304). Therefore, the corrosion resistance of the filters is quite high. It is ensured that the filter performs its duty for years without corrosion.

Working Princible and Washing Operation
- Incoming particles from the water source are filtered through a screen to prevent them from reaching the filter outlet.
- Accumulation of particles occurs on the inner surface of the screen, forming a dirty layer.
- This contamination leads to an increase in pressure difference between the filter's inlet and outlet.
- Manual observation of pressure difference is done using manometers.
- If the pressure difference rises, water flow is stopped, and the system is shut down to prevent damage.
- Cleaning involves opening clamps on the filter, removing the cover, and taking out the screen cartridge.
- The screen cartridge is then cleaned using pressurized water and reassembled for continued operation.
